Moody’s RMS: Helene privately insured losses put at $8bn-$14bn with $2bn+ from NFIP

Modelling firm Moody’s RMS has predicted that the private market insured loss from Hurricane Helene will run somewhere between $8bn and $14bn, while additional losses from the National Flood Insurance Program will top $2bn.
