Bankruptcy judge throws out insurers’ suit against Zachry over $1.3bn gas explosion damages
US bankruptcy Judge Marvin Isgur of the Southern District of Texas on Wednesday dismissed two subrogation lawsuits against Texas contractor Zachry Industrial – including one filed by its insurers – that were seeking damages amounting to $1.3bn.
