Aston Lark owners Bowmark confirm sale to Goldman Sachs

Mid-market private equity firm Bowmark Capital has confirmed the sale of the Peter Blanc-led broker Aston Lark to Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division, as previously revealed by The Insurer.
