Conifer sells insurance agency ops as CEO resigns to join acquiring firm

Nasdaq-listed Conifer Holdings has sold its insurance agency operations in a Stonybrook-advised deal that could be worth $70mn, with CEO Nick Petcoff resigning to join the acquiring firm and being replaced by president Brian Roney.
